I truly believe the marketing (images and videos) taken and distributed by Nicholson’s are the best in the market. They have a large social media following which encourages interest and ultimately viewings. The What’s app group created means you can always get in touch with someone quickly and efficiently. The support given once a sale had been agreed was absolutely awesome, keeping us up to date and supporting with information on the chain. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

The team at Nicholsons were amazing with the purchase of our first home! From the first open house viewing to immediately making an offer & it being accepted was so smooth & fast! We were kept upto date & communication was second to none! Our solicitors held up the sale abit but with Rich chasing them & keeping us updated, it saved so much hassle on our part! I cannot praise Nicholsons enough. Our purchase, which should have been very simple, turned out to be very stressful and throughout this time, Richard was in constant contact with us. His understanding, patience and sense of humour were an enormous help during this time. I recently purchased a property using Nicholsons Estate Agents, I was very impressed by the service which was given. Although, it took slightly longer than expected I was I was kept up to date with any updates and if I had any questions they was answered quickly and informatively. Ash was very helpful through the process, as well as other members who I spoke to.
