MEET MARK

I have lived in and around Retford & Worksop my entire life and myself, my wife and our three sons are proud to call Retford our home. I moved into Estate Agency in 2013 and, after becoming qualified with the National Federation of Property Professionals, quickly progressed to become the Sales Manager & Valuer at one of the largest high street estate agencies in Retford. In 2019, I had the opportunity to start my own agency and Nicholsons was born. I am well known for my innovative and forward-thinking approach to property marketing methods and social media, constantly exploring new avenues to get the best possible results for our clients. Because of this, I have been a guest speaker on some of the UK's largest estate agency podcasts - giving help and advice to other agents. During my career I have been responsible for over £4 billion of local property completions, becoming one of the area's most respected authorities on both the local property market & property values. My areas of specialism are premium and new homes, being the agent of choice for most premium home sellers and SME developers in the region.
