Property portal is a generic name for property websites like Rightmove, Zoopla, and On The Market. These websites display the details of properties from multiple estate agencies that subscribe to them in each area and then pool the results in one convenient website for buyers to see them.
What are Heads up property alerts?
Heads Up Property Alerts allows the public to register directly into our CRM system. Once registered, AI automatically keeps them up to date with properties in our system that match their specific search criteria. Buyers' searches can be broad or very granular, with the ability to search specific streets or within a radius of a point of interest like a school or railway station.

What are the benefits of 7 days of pre-portal marketing?
For Buyers
We encourage buyers to register for our heads up property alerts so they can see our properties up to 7 days before they go on Rightmove. This allows our registered buyers to beat the Rightmove crowds to view and secure a property.
For Sellers
Once your property has been matched out to our Heads Up registered buyers, our CRM system monitors their activity and notifies us when someone views your property online. This allows our sales team to proactively make contact with the right people to discuss your property further and arrange viewings.
If a buyer views and wishes to make an offer during your property's 7 days of pre-portal marketing, we can use the prospect of the property going to Rightmove as leverage to command a high price. Most properties that sell during this period do so on or over their valuation, below are some recent examples.
But what if my property doesn't sell during the 7 days of Pre-Portal Marketing?
If your property doesn't sell during the pre-portal marketing phase then this period is treated as market testing.
